Commissioned as part of Aberdeen Football Club’s centenary celebrations I returned to the cities where AFC won on the road to winning the Cup Winners Cup in 1983. Visiting the local libraries in Sion, Tirana, Poznan, Munich, Genk, Madrid and Gothenburg to look at the historic event from the loser’s perspective.
